For close to two decades Glenn was in the heart of the community in a variety of roles as a journalist for the Taranaki Daily News.
That time was spent getting to know a wide range of people and sharing their varied stories.
Anyone who follows Taranaki sport will also be familiar with Glenn as he spent many an hour and weekend on the side lines of fields and courts throughout the province.
After finishing with the Taranaki Daily News, Glenn took up a role as the communications and media manager for the Hurricanes in Wellington where he spent two seasons.
However, the pull of home has proven too strong, as he has returned to live and work again with the people in Taranaki.
A father of two teenage sons, Glenn can be found most days on the Coastal Walkway where he soaks up the sea air while greeting the many regulars who share it.
